שם, כתובת דוא"ל וטלפון שנמסרים בעת הרשמה, רכישה או יצירת קשר, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981.
תמונות שאתם מעלים, טקסטים ופרומפטים שאתם כותבים, והתוצרים שנוצרים עבורכם בכלי הבינה של הפלטפורמה. תוצרים אלו פרטיים לחשבונכם ואינם מוצגים למשתמשים אחרים, אלא אם בחרתם לשתף אותם (ראו סעיף 3.5).
אם תבחרו ליצור קול מותאם אישית, דמות קבועה או אווטאר מדבר: הקלטות הקול ותמונות האנשים שתעלו לשם כך. הן משמשות אך ורק להפקת הקול, הדמות או האווטאר שביקשתם, ואתם אחראים לכך שיש לכם הסכמה של האדם שבהקלטה או בתמונה.
כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן ונתוני שימוש בסיסיים, לצורך תפעול, אבטחה ושיפור השירות.
יתרת הקרדיטים, רכישות והיסטוריית השימוש (מה יצרתם ומתי), וכן מה שתבחרו לשמור לשימוש חוזר: ערכת מותג (לוגו, צבעים ופרטי המותג), דמויות, קולות, אווטארים, רפרנסים שמורים, מומחים (פרסונות) ולוחות השראה.
גישה לתכני הקורס, הפעלת כלי היצירה, ניהול יתרת הקרדיטים, שמירת היצירות בגלריה האישית ותמיכה.
עדכונים על שיעורים, כלים חדשים ותכנים, בכפוף להסכמה, עם אפשרות הסרה מכל דיוור בלחיצה אחת.
המידע האישי שלכם אינו נמכר ואינו מושכר לגורם שלישי. פרטי אשראי אינם נשמרים אצלנו כלל (הסליקה מתבצעת אצל ספק סליקה מאובטח).
המידע מאוחסן אצל ספקי תשתית מאובטחים: אחסון נתונים בענן, רשת תוכן (CDN) לקבצי מדיה, מערכת דיוור וספק סליקה. ספקים אלו מעבדים את המידע עבורנו בלבד.
כשאתם יוצרים בפלטפורמה, הפרומפטים והתמונות שאתם מזינים מועברים למנועי AI חיצוניים לצורך הפקת התוצר בלבד. איננו שולחים אליהם את פרטי הזהות שלכם.
אם תבחרו לחבר חשבון אינסטגרם או פייסבוק לצורך פרסום ישיר: הגישה תשמש אך ורק לפרסום תכנים שביקשתם לפרסם במפורש, בלחיצת כפתור. הרשאות הגישה נשמרות מוצפנות, ואפשר לנתק את החיבור בכל רגע, דרך ההגדרות אצלנו או דרך הגדרות האבטחה של מטא.
אם תחברו את Cadabra AI לעוזר AI כמו ChatGPT או Claude: אנחנו מקבלים רק את מה שהעוזר שולח לכלי שביקשתם להפעיל, כלומר את הבקשה, הפרומפט והקבצים שצירפתם לה (תמונות, הקלטות, סרטונים), וכן את כתובת האימייל של החשבון שאישרתם בחיבור. איננו מקבלים את היסטוריית השיחה שלכם. הקבצים המצורפים נשמרים ב-CDN שלנו כדי להפיק את התוצר, והתוצרים נשמרים בגלריה האישית שלכם. מה שהכלי מחזיר (קישורים לתוצרים, יתרת קרדיטים, סטטוס עבודה ומחיר משוער) מוצג לכם בתוך העוזר, ולכן עובר גם דרך ספק העוזר בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלו. אסימון החיבור נשמר אצלנו כל עוד החיבור פעיל. אפשר לנתק בכל רגע בהגדרות העוזר, ולבקש מחיקה של המידע כמפורט בסעיף 6.
משתמשים אחרים רואים רק מה שבחרתם לשתף בעצמכם, למשל פוסט בקהילה או מומחה ששיתפתם לקהילה, יחד עם השם שמוצג לצידו. כל השאר נשאר פרטי לחשבונכם.
האתר משתמש בעוגיות לצורך תפעול שוטף: זיהוי בכניסות חוזרות, שמירת העדפות ואבטחה, וכן בכלי מדידה של צדדים שלישיים (כגון Google Analytics ו-Meta Pixel) לניתוח סטטיסטי ושיווק. אפשר לחסום עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן, אך חסימה עלולה לפגוע בתפקוד האתר.
המידע מאובטח באמצעים מקובלים בתעשייה: תעבורה מוצפנת (HTTPS), בקרות גישה ואימות זהות. אין באפשרותנו להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת, אך אנו פועלים לצמצום הסיכונים באופן שוטף.
פרטי החשבון (שם, אימייל, טלפון) נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל, או כנדרש על פי דין. מדיה שנוצרה עבורכם ונשמרת אצלנו נמחקת 30 יום אחרי שנוצרה (למעט יצירה ששיתפתם בפוסט ציבורי קבוע), והגלריה מסמנת אותה כפגת תוקף, לכן מומלץ להוריד יצירות למחשב. קבצים שהעליתם כחומר גלם ליצירה (תמונות, הקלטות, סרטונים) נמחקים אחרי 7 ימים. קולות, דמויות ואווטארים שיצרתם נשמרים עד שתמחקו אותם או תבקשו מאיתנו למחוק. אסימון החיבור לעוזר AI תקף לשעה ומתחדש לכל היותר 30 יום, או עד שתנתקו את החיבור. רשומות קרדיטים, רכישות ושימוש נשמרות כל עוד החשבון פעיל, וכנדרש בדיני הנהלת חשבונות.
השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם.
אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שנאסף עליכם, לתקנו או למחוק אותו (כולל מחיקת חשבון וניתוק חיבורי רשתות חברתיות). בקשות יטופלו תוך 30 יום. דרך חיבור עוזר ה-AI אפשר גם למחוק בעצמכם יצירה מהגלריה, ולנתק את החיבור בכל רגע.

Images you upload, texts and prompts you write, and the media generated for you by the platform's AI tools. These creations are private to your account and are not shown to other users unless you choose to share them (see section 3.5).
If you choose to create a custom voice, a consistent character or a talking avatar: the voice recordings and photos of people you upload for it. They are used only to produce the voice, character or avatar you asked for, and you are responsible for having the consent of the person in the recording or photo.
IP address, browser type and basic usage data, for operation, security and service improvement.
Your credit balance, purchases and usage history (what you created and when), and whatever you choose to save for reuse: a brand kit (logo, colors and brand details), characters, voices, avatars, saved references, specialists (personas) and moodboards.
Access to course content, running the creation tools, managing your credit balance, saving creations to your personal gallery, and support.
Updates on lessons, new tools and content, subject to consent, with one-click unsubscribe from any mailing.
Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties. Credit card details are never stored by us (payments are processed by a secure payment provider).
Data is stored with secure infrastructure providers: cloud database hosting, a content delivery network (CDN) for media files, an email service and a payment processor. These providers process data solely on our behalf.
When you create on the platform, the prompts and images you submit are passed to external AI engines solely to produce your result. We do not send them your identity details.
If you choose to connect an Instagram or Facebook account for direct publishing: the access is used exclusively to publish content you explicitly asked to publish, at the click of a button. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time, via our settings or via Meta's security settings.
If you connect Cadabra AI to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude: we receive only what the assistant sends to the tool you asked it to run, meaning your request, the prompt and any files you attached to it (images, recordings, videos), plus the email address of the account you approved when connecting. We do not receive your conversation history. Attached files are stored on our CDN to produce your result, and results are saved to your personal gallery. What a tool returns (links to your results, your credit balance, job status and an estimated price) is shown to you inside the assistant, so it also passes through the assistant's provider under that provider's own privacy policy. The connection token is kept while the connection is active. You can disconnect at any time in the assistant's settings, and request deletion of your data as described in section 6.
Other users see only what you choose to share yourself, such as a community post or a specialist you shared to the community, together with the name shown beside it. Everything else stays private to your account.
The website uses cookies for routine operation: recognizing return visits, saving preferences and security, as well as third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) for statistics and marketing. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking may impair site functionality.
Data is protected using industry-standard measures: encrypted traffic (HTTPS), access controls and authentication. Absolute immunity cannot be guaranteed, but we work continuously to minimize risks.
Account details (name, email, phone) are kept while the account is active, or as required by law. Media generated for you that we host is deleted 30 days after it is created (except a creation you shared to a permanent public post), and the gallery marks it as expired, so downloading your creations is recommended. Files you upload as material for a creation (photos, recordings, videos) are deleted after 7 days. Voices, characters and avatars you create are kept until you delete them or ask us to. An AI assistant connection token is valid for one hour and renews for up to 30 days, or until you disconnect. Credit, purchase and usage records are kept while the account is active and for as long as accounting law requires.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You may request to access the data collected about you, correct it, or delete it (including account deletion and disconnecting social network connections). Requests are handled within 30 days. Through an AI assistant connection you can also delete a creation from your gallery yourself, and disconnect at any time.
